The Science, Technology and Innovation National Laboratory (STINL) is scheduled to be inaugurated as a public administrative institution on December 12, 2024.

This reform seeks to strengthen the capacity and efficiency of the STINL to position it as a leading laboratory supporting private sector and Cambodia's economic development. By ensuring adherence to the international standard ISO/IEC 17025—recognized by prestigious global institutions like NATA in Australia and SAC-SINGLAS in Singapore—this transformation will enhance the STINL’s credibility and foster greater collaboration with international stakeholders.
